Operator HQ
Operator HQ, by Scale Wise Operators

A freelancer has a laptop. A business has an HQ.

Operator HQ is where a growth operator runs the whole business from one place: every client in its own tab, the context behind it, the scripts written from that context, the numbers logged every week, and the next client on the way. It is the same platform Scale Wise Media runs its own partnerships from.

Billed monthly through Whop. Three plans, one product. You set your password right after you pay.

The Operator HQ Overview: the dark rail on the left with Clients, Dream 100, Tasks, Revenue and AI advisors, and the week's numbers, tasks and clients on the light page.
How it runs

Stop running it off a Google Doc.

Nine jobs, one of you: marketing, sales, systems, reporting, hiring and the rest, all at once and all from memory. HQ gives each job a room and keeps every client's work where the next job can read it. Five moves, in the order the work happens.

  1. Add a client.

Every client gets its own tab: name, niche, offer, funnel, the deal. Your own brand is the first tab, so your business is run the same way your clients' businesses are, not off the side of your desk.

The Clients page: the operator's own brand and two client rows, each with its niche, offer and deal, and an Add client button.
  2. Give it context.

Knowledge holds what the client sells and how they sound: the offer sheet, the funnel, the voice, the proof. Everything written for that client reads from here first, so nothing starts from a blank page or a guess.

A client's Knowledge page: the offer sheet and funnel setup, the documents the client has shared, and what the generators will read.
  3. Write the scripts.

Build turns that context into the sales assets: VSL scripts, setter and closing scripts, email sequences, ad copy, landing page copy, webinar outlines. Pick one, read it against the client's offer, edit, ship.

The Build page for a client: cards for the marketing, sales, funnel, ads, content and webinar scripts, each one written from the client's offer sheet.
  4. Log the numbers.

Performance takes the week's leads, calls booked, shows, closes, cash collected and ad spend, works out show rate, close rate and cost per call, and shows which client pays you and which one eats your week.

The Performance board for a client: weekly leads, calls booked, shows, closes and cash collected, with show rate, close rate and cost per call worked out.
  5. Find the next client.

Dream 100 pulls creators in your niche, scores them, and builds the pitch for each one: a page made for them, a five step plan, the scripts and the DMs. You pitch a result with a plan behind it, not "I will build you a funnel."

The Dream 100 page: a scored list of creators in the operator's niche, with the package and outreach built for each one.
The advisors

An advisor in every seat you cannot fill yet.

The AI advisors sit over all of it, one for each seat a real business has and yours does not yet. Each one reads your clients and your numbers before it answers, so the advice is about your business and not a template. AI holds the seat until your client's growth pays for the person.

Who it is for

Built for the operator who is the whole business.

For you if

  • Yes: You have a client, or you had one and lost them. You sell growth operating, you do every job yourself, and a second client scares you more than it excites you.
  • Yes: You set or close for one offer owner already and get them results, and you want to turn that into a partnership.
  • Yes: You run a small team. Teammates get their own seats by invite, inside your workspace, reading the same clients and numbers.

Not for you if

  • No: You are starting from zero. Growth operating is not beginner friendly, and neither is this.
  • No: You want it to run without you. It does not. It makes the work you do land.
  • No: You will not hire. The numbers exist to tell you which seat to fill with a person first.
Who built it

The team behind it runs partnerships like these.

Operator HQ is built by Scale Wise Media, the agency that runs paid ads and the sales system for coaches and info businesses on revenue share. Three of its partnerships, in its own words.

Our biggest partnership, collecting over $150,000 a month, consistently. He started with about 1,000 Instagram followers.

Joseph KhateriSection 8 real estate investing coach. We run his offer, funnel, ads and sales system.

He started with 300 Instagram followers. We built him a $500 offer, then a $2,000 one, and it ran at $20,000 to $40,000 a month.

Jake RyanOur first major creator partnership, an e-commerce reselling offer.

$18,000 in a week, $70,000 that month.

Cole ChristophersonAn SMMA coach with about 11,000 Instagram followers.

Results of Scale Wise Media partnerships. Operator HQ is the platform the agency runs on today. They are not a promise of your numbers.

The program behind the platform

Part of Scale Wise Operators.

Scale Wise Operators is a six month, one on one program for someone already running, or trying to run, a growth operating business. We install one order with you, in that order, and Operator HQ is where every student runs it. The Operator Vault, every SOP our own business runs on, sits behind both. Operators who prove it get introductions to creators from our network.

  1. Scale. The client you already have grows on an ad system you control, not on their posting schedule. Your share grows with them, and a client you are visibly growing does not leave.
  2. Staff. That raise pays for your first hire, out of the client's growth and not your savings. The hire takes execution off you.
  3. Sign. The time you bought goes into acquisition, and you build a roster. Losing a client becomes a bad month, not the end of the business.
Plans

Three plans. One product.

Every plan has the whole product. They differ in how much AI work fits in a month: advisor answers, Build, Content, research, the scraper. Reading, your tasks and your saved work never count. Billed monthly through Whop, and nothing extra is ever billed.

The three plans and their prices are on the Join page.

Change plans any time from inside HQ. When a month's room is used, AI work pauses until it comes back or you move up; nothing is charged for it.

Questions

Before you decide.

How do I get in after I pay?

You set your password right after the payment, on the same page, and you are in. If you lose it, press Log in, then "Bought on Whop? Send me my link", and type the email you paid with.

Is my work separate from other operators'?

Yes. Each workspace is its own: your clients, your knowledge, your numbers, your scripts. Nobody outside it reads a byte of it, and the only people inside it are the teammates you invite.

What counts as AI work?

Advisor answers, Build, Content, research, stories and the scraper. Reading, your tasks and everything you have saved never count, and nothing is ever charged beyond the plan.

Can I cancel?

Yes, on Whop, any time. Your workspace pauses when the plan ends and opens again, with everything in it, the day you restart.

Do I need to join Scale Wise Operators to use it?

No. Operator HQ is sold on its own. Scale Wise Operators students run on it as part of the program.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. Every page is built for a phone first, and the numbers can be logged from one.
